We collect your name, email address, phone number, and—when you provide it—financial information to assess your eligibility for federal and state programs. We do not request Social Security numbers until you formally engage a service.

4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of a professional services contract, and our legal obligations under Puerto Rico and United States law.
5. Retention
We retain your data for the time needed to deliver the service and, afterwards, for seven years to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
6. Your rights
You may access, rectify, delete, object to, or request portability of your data by writing to asesoria@quantixspherepr.com. You may also file a complaint with the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO).
7. Security
We implement SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and encrypted backups to protect your information. Only authorized staff can review your case files.
